Yoga with, or next to a chair! This class is for those seeking an accessible yoga class, looking to increase balance, strength, and mobility.
Our main yoga prop for class will be a chair - the yoga postures can be done in a chair, with a chair, at the wall or on your mat, making it a yoga class for ALL, whatever your physical ability.
This class is appropriate for aging bodies, for those with chronic health issues, those with limited range of motion or those who have difficulty getting up & down from the floor, persons with vision or hearing impairments, healing from injury or for those who truly want to customize a unique practice in the body you have today.
All bodies should have access to the practices of yoga, personal empowerment and spiritual connection. Join us - cultivate and renew internal energy while also improving balance, vitality and awareness of body!
