What can students expect to experience in your class?
Students can expect to practice with intentionality around brining mind, body and spirit into harmony. Holding poses for 3-5 minutes in YIN can lead to some intense psycho-emotional experiences. As a training and license psychotherapist, I weave in mindfulness based stress reduction techniques into the practice. Music, sounds, quotes, meditations, aromas and hands on assists will be used to enhance your yogic experience.
