Why do you love teaching yoga? To help share the gifts of self connectivity and healing!

What can students expect to experience in your class? Students can expect to practice with intentionality around brining mind, body and spirit into harmony. Holding poses for 3-5 minutes in YIN can lead to some intense psycho emotional experiences. As a training and license psychotherapist, I weave in mindfulness based stress reduction techniques into the practice. Music, sounds, quotes, meditations, aromas and hands on assists will be used to enhance your yogic experience.
