Why do you love teaching yoga?
Teaching yoga brings me so much joy. I love witnessing people surrendering & letting go with each practice, I love seeing the breath synchronized through all the bodies, I love the unity it brings, I love the bonds & friendships made, I love that I learn something new every class I guide, I love seeing people show up for themselves to nourish their mind & bodies.
What can students expect to experience in your class?
A sense of calm, energy, love & encouragement.
I teach vinyasa yoga, a synchronized flow with your breath & your body. I create different sequences based on the seasons & current energy of the week. I stay within the elements: fire, air, earth & water then flow between lunar & solar practices. My classes are open to all bodies & all levels. I bring in pranayama (breath techniques) meditation & mantras. I like to push people out of there comfort zone in a gentle way ❤️
I love teaching, as well as practicing solar & fire practices 🔥☀️
What is the greatest benefit of yoga?
The grounding & sense of peace it brings me. The amount of gratitude & appreciation I have for my body. Yoga takes me back to ME, my authentic, raw self.

I’m huge advocate for children & adults with disabilities. I work for a non profit organization called Marc Inc. which is a day center for adults with disabilities. This includes job development, building friendships, communication skills, rehabilitation, creating a sense of worth, pride & love in their lives.
I also stand STRONG with the LGBTQ 🏳️🌈 community, Black Lives Matter & yoga for ALL bodies ♥️🙏
