Heart-Centered Flow, also called Anahata Yoga, is a spirit-centered practice that focuses on breath & body awareness within yogic movement. Practice with intention, power, joy, & grace in a safe, supported, & sacred setting.

Take time to come into the body & breath while exploring a variety of postures at a steady, purposeful pace. The slower, more meditative pace of this class provides space to discover opportunities & challenges through the holding of poses & attention to transitions. Open to all levels of experience, this class is for every body.

This class offers students a chance to connect with breath while mindfully moving through a slow vinyasa based flow. Longer holds and slower transitions allow time to find each individual's fullest expression of a pose. This is an all levels class where students are invited to meet their own body where it is at on any given day. This is a great class to explore all levels of asana (poses). Thoughtful sequencing will invite students to play with both effort & ease during this class. Aromatherapy towels are always offered to enhance the savasana experience -- a perfect way to finish the day!
