Mala Kids Yoga Summer Camp!

Enrich your child with yoga, mindfulness & meditation!

Mala Kids Yoga is not your average summer camp program! We provide enriching experiences & summer fun for kids grades K - 5th & offer a social-emotional curriculum that helps kids navigate social pressures, teaches empathy, positive self-esteem & mindfulness. We offer daily yoga classes, music, crafts, gardening in our new vegetable & native plant garden, time to explore nature, & imaginative playtime, healthy snacks & community mealtimes, crafting take-home tools & so much MORE!


Mala Kids Yoga Summer Camp is directed by Kat Casey. Kat has a Masters in Education & over a decade of classroom experience. She is a MSEd Special Education Teacher & Yoga Therapist.  Kat's years of classroom experience & education focuses on mindfulness & building positive self-esteem, while growing children’s hearts to hold empathy for the world around them.

June 10th-14th
Planting Seeds

We'll be planting seeds literally & figuratively as we start our summer garden together & lay a foundation for our yoga practices for the summer.

July 1st-5th
No Camp - Happy 4th of July!


Spend time with family to celebrate the holiday!

July 22nd-26th
Niyamas - Kindness Towards Ourselves & Self Compassion


Continuing with our exploration into the eight limbs of yoga, we'll be learning about the Niyamas. The Niyamas are how we take care of ourselves & encourage ourselves to do well.

August 12th-16th
Chakras Week Two


Kids continue the inner super power journey with expressing the heart, voice, and intuition chakras.

June 17th-21st
Immersion in Nature


Nurturing the Earth & fostering a close relationship to it is very important to us at Mala Yoga, so we'll be taking extra nature walks, doing nature crafts & fostering a deeper connection with the world around us.

July 8th-12th
Meditation & Mindfulness Toolkit


Meditation & mindfulness can be difficult to take off the mat. This week, we'll learn ways to take those two practices off the mat & into real life so we can be a light in the world around us.

July 29th-August 2nd

Animal Yoga Adventure

Have you ever wondered what yoga would look like if animals were our teachers? This week, we'll be exploring yoga, meditation, pranayama & more through the eyes of our favorite furry, feathered, reptilian & aquatic friends! We'll be joined by special animal and reptile guest throughout the week!

June 24th-28th
Mindfulness & Meditation using the Thich Nhat Hahn Method


This week, we'll find stillness & invite introspection as we cultivate a meditation practice together.

July 15th-19th
Yamas - Kindness Toward the World & Others

We'll be exploring one of the eight limbs of yoga - the Yamas. The Yamas are guidelines on how to live & exist in the world around us & exploring the impact our choices have on others. 

August 5th-9th
Chakras Week One


Kids learn to tune into their inner super powers - the Chakras! We’ll explore being grounded, self expression, and compassion & creativity

August 21st-25th
Bhakti - Celebrating Yoga through Music, Dance & Movement


We'll celebrate this wonderful summer of yoga & mindfulness with dancing, lots of yoga & some sweet crafts for the school year ahead.
