Saying Goodbye to 2020


I think it’s safe to say many of us are ready to watch 2020 disappear into the rearview mirror. 2020 has dragged on for a small eternity & simultaneously has been the fastest yet. It has been a year of reflection & self discovery - whether we realized it or not! We couldn't go out so we literally shifted our gaze inward to heal.

But what work did we actually do? Can you recognize all the work you’ve done? Can you see the ways you have healed, the ways you have shifted to create space, how your roots dig deeper into yourself?

Before you allow 2020 to fade, take some time to reflect. Grab a warm cup of tea, find a journal & a quiet place to contemplate. Meditate for a few minutes to calm the waves in your mind. Allow yourself to be fully present, open, honest.
